From K Company, a chemical manufacturer: "The filter press currently used in the existing building does not achieve a good dewatering rate, so we are considering a centrifuge. We would like to automate the centrifuge, but the strength of the existing building is insufficient to install it on the second or third floors. However, we are in a situation where we cannot allocate a budget to rebuild the building, and we need a fully automatic machine that can be installed on the first floor." In response to this inquiry, we proposed and delivered the DIBUC model of a fully automatic suction-type centrifuge that can be installed on the first floor of the building. 【POINT】Suction transport that does not require a specific installation location ■ Equipment can be installed on the first floor The DIBUC, which features an upper suction discharge type, is a machine that simultaneously scrapes and sucks the cake after filtration and dewatering, transporting it to the next process. We will solve the issue of a pharmaceutical company that manufactures active pharmaceutical ingredients and intermediates, which wants to introduce a fully automatic centrifuge specialized in cleaning efficiency!

For users engaged in small-lot, multi-variety production, it is required to ensure ease of product changeover, cleaning between batches, and confirmation of cleaning. This time, in addition to the casing opening and closing mechanism, we propose our optional CIP cleaning and basket lift-up device. (1) Casing opening and closing mechanism (2) In-machine CIP cleaning device (3) Basket lift-up mechanism By implementing CIP cleaning, it is possible to reduce the cleaning workload. Additionally, depending on the product, there may be a risk of exposure to highly pharmacologically active powders and liquids for the operator. However, by conducting CIP cleaning in a sealed state, it is possible to reduce the risk of exposure during opening. The basket lift-up mechanism is an option that significantly improves the operability of the underside of the basket, which was difficult to inspect visually or through swab testing with conventional centrifuges.
